Toro Development Company has begun preleasing Prelude at Medley, the first residential phase of its $560 million, 43-acre Medley district on the former State Farm office park site at Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road. The 340-unit building opens for move-ins November 1, ahead of Medley's October 29 grand opening; a Trader Joe's already opened there in June alongside Shake Shack and 20-plus other retail tenants.

Toro has broken ground on Encore, a second 408-unit phase due in 2027, and plans a 133-unit for-sale townhome phase and a boutique hotel by 2028.
